Work & Travel

- About 3 to 5 months, set by each home country’s academic break
- Candidates
- Full-time post-secondary students during their home-country academic break
- Ideal for
- Seasonal operational roles
Is this right for my business?
- You have a defined peak season and operational roles to fill inside that window.
- You can provide housing, or commit in writing to help participants secure it.
- Not for roles that need a license or driving, domestic work, patient care, hazardous work or mainly overnight shifts.

- Current students or recent graduates (Intern), or experienced professionals (Trainee)
- Ideal for
- Management-track roles
Is this right for my business?
- You can offer structured training that follows a written training plan.
- You have supervisors who will guide the participant's development.
- Not general staffing. If you need hands for peak weeks, Work & Travel is the better fit.
